Customer Responsibility
Customers remain solely responsible for:
- • Verifying the accuracy of AI-generated information.
- • Reviewing AI-generated outputs prior to implementation or distribution.
- • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry requirements.
- • Maintaining appropriate human oversight of AI-assisted decisions.
Third-Party AI Platforms
WJP Tech may leverage third-party AI platforms and services, including but not limited to Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Azure AI, OpenAI technologies, and other AI providers. Customer use of such services may also be subject to the terms, conditions, privacy policies, and acceptable use requirements of those third parties.
Limitation of AI Liability
WJP Tech shall not be liable for decisions, actions, losses, damages, business interruptions, regulatory violations, or other consequences arising from reliance upon AI-generated outputs, recommendations, predictions, or automated responses.
AI Voice Agents and Automated Communications
Where AI voice agents, chat agents, virtual assistants, or automated communication tools are utilized, customers acknowledge that interactions may be automated and may be recorded, transcribed, analyzed, or summarized for quality assurance, training, security, compliance, and service improvement purposes, subject to applicable law.
6. SMS and Text Message Communications
SMS Communications and Consent
WJP Tech may communicate with customers, prospects, vendors, and authorized representatives through Short Message Service ("SMS"), text messaging, or other mobile messaging services.
Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and opting into SMS communications from WJP Technology Consultants LLC ("WJP Tech"), you consent to receive text messages related to:
